What Should You Expect With Home and Jobsite Deliveries?
- Delivery Orders can be placed at time of order or at a later date
- Once your entire order has been received into our warehouse, our logistics team will contact you to arrange for a suitable delivery date and time window.
- Day before delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics team to confirm the delivery time window.
- When our driver is enroute, you will receive a call to ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
- Our drivers will arrive in a flatbed truck with an electric pallet jack
- San Diego deliveries will be curbside only; if possible, we will always try to deliver pallets in your driveway
- Note: If surface and/or gradient of driveway is not within the safety specifications of our pallet jack or truck we will need to deliver the pallets curbside
- Drivers may be able to move the pallet/s into a garage however this is not guaranteed and at the discretion of the driver based upon safety & risk.
- White glove service is not offered unless a specific quote and service has been purchased prior.
What Area Do We Deliver To?
=> We deliver San Diego county-wide using our fleet & drivers
- We use our own fleet of trucks and drivers in most deliveries within San Diego county
- For products requiring special equipment, we utilize our trusted 3rd party delivery network
=> We are able to deliver to all other parts of the United States through our trusted 3rd party delivery network
